A MAN was arrested for drug offences after officers did a routine address check and discovered multiple phones and cash.
PCSO Harold and officers from Bournemouth Police had a busy day on Thursday, May 2, making arrests and bringing a violent wanted man back into the station.
During a property check related to a slavery act, a man was arrested after reported evidence of drug dealing.
A spokesperson for Bournemouth Police said: “The neighbourhood department is out in force tonight, with NPT and Neighbourhood enforcement officers conducting checks on addresses related to Modern Day Slavery as well as performing checks to safeguard our more vulnerable members of society.
"During one address check, a male was found who was not a resident, evidence of drug dealing was found in the address and the male was arrested for drug-related offences an amount of cash and multiple phones have been seized.”
Officers also returned a wanted man into custody after reports of him being violent in Boscombe.
An unconscious man was also taken into the care of the ambulance service with help from Bournemouth Police.
