THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

IAN SPENCER, 60 and of Apollo Close in Poole, admitted criminal damage to a VW Transport Van to the value of £540 in Apollo Close in Poole on August 22, 2023. He was ordered to pay compensation of £540.

LUKE COOPER, 37 and of Ringwood Road in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing health supplements to the value of £446.83 from Holland and Barrett in the Dolphin Centre in Poole on January 1. He was handed a community order lasting until November 2, 2025. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £223.42.

JORDAN HOLDEN, 30 and of Old School Close in Poole, admitted drink driving and being the driver of a vehicle which failed to stop after a road accident in Ashley Road in Poole on February 25. He was disqualified from driving for 38 months. He was also fined £550, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £220 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MARIUS STEFANESCU, 42 and of Daniel Drive in Wareham, was arrested for breaking / being likely to break bail conditions in Northmoor Way in Wareham on May 2. He admitted drink driving and driving without a licence in Northmoor Way in Wareham on May 2. He admitted assaulting a police officer and drink driving in Poole on March 29. He was handed a community order lasting until February 8, 2025, and disqualified from driving for 46 months. He was also ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

GAVIN WOOD, 56 and of Queenswood Avenue in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving, driving without insurance and driving with tyres with insufficient tread in Bournemouth on March 12. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months. He was also fined £240 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £96.

ROBERT DAVIES, 33 and of Bournemouth, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order in Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth on February 28. He admitted criminal damage to property after damaging an ATM to the value of £547.57 in Bournemouth on March 13. He admitted using threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Bournemouth on March 13. He admitted theft from a shop after stealing a bottle of 5 year Malt Whiskey to the value of £15.95 from Lidl in Dorchester Road, Weymouth. He admitted possession of cannabis in Weymouth on December 5, 2023. He admitted common assault and assault by beating at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on December 14, 2023. He admitted common assault of an emergency worker in Weymouth on December 28, 2023. He admitted theft from a shop after stealing peanuts, wine and other grocery items, of a value unknown, from Marks and Spencer Ltd in Weymouth on December 28, 2023. He admitted two counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order in Weymouth on December 24, 2023, and December 28, 2023. He admitted common assault at Marks and Spencer Ltd in Weymouth on December 28, 2023. He was handed a 24 week prison sentence suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay compensation of £547.57.
