ANDONI Iraola outlined Cherries’ new target, having already hit the club’s record Premier League points tally.

Cherries have totalled 48 points from their 36 matches, with games against Brentford and Chelsea still to come.

That sees Iraola’s men placed 10th in the standings, with just five points currently between ninth and 13th.

Asked how motivated he is to chase more records during the closing weeks of the season, Iraola said: “Every record we can achieve is very welcome.

“Probably the thing we look more at now is the top 10.

“But to see yourself in the top 10, we have two difficult games, but we want to keep pushing and try to finish there.

“It would be a shame to finish with two losses and finish 13th or 14th.

“To have it so close and don’t push for it after, you can lose because we play very good opposition, but we have to try and give our best, definitely.”
