THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

PETER BRIGHT, 46 and of Ballam Grove in Poole, admitted driving with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), in Poole on April 18, 2023. He also admitted driving without third party insurance in Poole on April 18, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months. He was also fined £500 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

CHIARLA WAKE, 27 and of Egmont Road in Poole, admitted sending by public communication network an offensive / indecent / obscene / menacing message / matter in Dorset on November 28, 2022. The offence was racially and religiously aggravated, court records show. They were fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £80. A restraining order was also made for the victim lasting until May 13, 2025.

NINA GREEN, 42 and of Vale Close in Poole, admitted failing to provide specimen for analysis in police custody in Bournemouth on July 21, 2023. She admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class A after being in possession of 0.5g of Crack Cocaine in police custody in Bournemouth on July 21, 2023. She admitted failing to provide a specimen as the person in charge of vehicle in Bournemouth on December 26, 2023. She was handed a community order and disqualified from driving for 24 months. She was also fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114.

AMY LOUISE BRADLEY, 36 and of Bournemouth, admitted commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months imposed on February 17, 2023, at Dorset Magistrates Court. She also admitted obstructing/resisting a police constable in execution of duty in Weymouth on December 28, 2023. She was fined £140 and ordered to pay costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ANTHONY KALINGA, 31 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

DAVID IAN EDWARD GRAY, 42 and of Upper Gordon Road in Highcliffe, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

MIA-PAIGE PENNICK, 20 and of Allington Mead in Bridport, admitted being drunk and disorderly in South Street, Bridport, on May 8. She also admitted intentionally / recklessly cause a public nuisance in South Street, Bridport, on May 8. She was fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ROBERT SMITH, 45 and of Farnborough in Hampshire, admitted theft from a shop after stealing goods to the value of £33 from Poundland at The Wellington Centre in Aldershot. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
