Man's body found near Studland beach
THE body of a man was found near Studland Beach yesterday evening.
Dorset Police received a report around 10pm that a dead body had been seen in the area.
A police spokesman said: "After a search, with assistance from the coastguard, the body was found.
"The body, believed to be that of a Bournemouth man in his 70s, has been recovered and the coroner has been notified."
The man's next of kin have been informed and police say they are not treating the death as suspicious.
