FIRE crews were called to a car park in Sea Road in Boscombe after a van caught light.
One appliance was sent to the scene to deal with the blaze.
The van - which was left badly damaged - was parked in the car park at Princes Court.
A Dorset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said the call was received at 7.10am and police also attended.
The incident was handed over to the police, the spokesman added.
