CONDOR Ferries has cancelled the service from Poole to the Channel Islands and back today due to a technical fault.
An electrical fault on Condor Liberation was detected during pre-departure tests. The company has said the ferry will provide an additional sailing tomorrow departing Poole at 9.30am and leaving Guernsey for Poole at 4.30pm.
The ferry company was also forced to cancel some services last week due to Storm Barney, and the previous week due to high waves.
Brittany Ferries has cancelled its sailings between Portsmouth and Le Havre this evening due to a technical problem.
Brittany Ferries has also been forced to cancel services due to adverse weather conditions recently, including the Saturday sailings between Poole and Cherbourg.
