COASTGUARD, lifeboat and ambulance teams were called to a marina in Poole.
Emergency services rushed to a yacht following reports of a medical episode at around 11pm on Thursday, October 21.
A Southbourne Coastguard spokesperson said: "Once on scene we assessed the casualty and provided casualty care.
"Working with South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust and RNLI Poole Lifeboat Station we managed to extricate the casualty from the vessel with a tight pontoon area, and passed the casualty to the ambulance service for onward transport to hospital.
"This was a good example of multi agency working. At this point we stood down and returned to station."
