THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

TYRONNE LAKER, 33 and of Stour Road in Christchurch, was found guilty of two counts of assault by beating after assaulting a man and a woman in Christchurch on July 21, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until April 14, 2025, with a requirement to complete 12 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £300 in compensation and costs of £100 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MICHAEL PARRY, 34 and of Chorley Close in Poole, admitted drug and drink driving in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on September 18, 2023. He also admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B after being in possession of ketamine in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on September 18, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for three years. He was also fined £400, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £160.

CARL MILES, 32 and of Russell Gardens in Poole, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a woman at Poole General Hospital on October 7, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until April 14, 2025. He was also fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £35.

LLOYD DASHWOOD, 33 and of Harford Road in Poole, admitted causing serious injury by careless / inconsiderate driving in Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, on November 22, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, and handed a community order lasting until April 14, 2025, with a requirement to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £114.

JAMES DAWSON, 35 and of Poole Lane in Bournemouth, admitted three counts of breaching a non-molestation order after emailing a person he was prohibited from communicating with on December 11, 2023, and twice on December 25, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until October 14, 2025, and a restraining order lasting until April 14, 2026. He was also fined £50.

CALLUM CONNISBEE, 20 and of Stiby Road in Yeovil, admitted using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour with intent to cause fear of / provoke unlawful violence in Weymouth on March. He admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a shop window to the value of £834.88 belonging to Random Collectables in Weymouth on March 6. He also admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B after being in possession of ketamine in Weymouth on April 12. He was jailed for 20 weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £200.

LIAM HOOLE, 27 and of Bryn Road in Weymouth, admitted harassment without violence after sending a woman unwanted messages and voicemails, repeatedly calling, and attending her address, between August 14 and November 3, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until January 14, 2025, and a restraining order was made. He was also fined £100, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a victim surcharge of £114.
