THE most AA Rosette awards have recognised several of Dorset’s top dining establishments.

Rick Stein’s Sandbanks restaurant, known for its ‘exceptional seafood’, has been awarded one Rosette for its food.

Joining the ranks of celebrated venues, The Noisy Lobster in Mudeford also received one AA Rosette this year.

The Lord Bute in Highcliffe, by chef Bradley Green, has been awarded two Rosettes. This prestigious accolade comes just weeks after the restaurant was named Dorset's best fine dining restaurant.

Chef Green is also set to open his newest “Green’s”, which is scheduled to open in June on Peascod Street, directly opposite Windsor Castle.

Charlotte Jackson is a Dorset-based food blogger who said: “The new Rosette awards are a proud moment for Dorset and reflect the incredible culinary talent we have here.

“The diversity in our dining options, from traditional seafood to innovative fine dining, showcases just how vibrant and dynamic our local food scene has become. We have stalwarts like Rick Stein and Bradley Green and brand new establishments like Street Corner in Boscombe, which we are all very excited to support”.
