Cherries have been told to pay Hereford United a £100,000 compensation fee for winger Marc Pugh.
The figure was determined by a Professional Football Compensation Committee in London earlier today.
Pugh joined Cherries on a three-year contract in the summer, although the two clubs were unable to reach agreement on compensation.
It is understood Cherries had offered Hereford £37,500 for the 23-year-old – with the Bulls holding out for around £150,000.
Having heard observations from both clubs, with Pugh and Jeff Mostyn representing Cherries, the panel told the Dorset outfit to make an initial payment of £60,000.
Additionally, Cherries must stump up a further £10,000 after Pugh has made 15, 30, 45 and 60 appearances, with Hereford also receiving a 10 per cent sell-on.
