BASHLEY boss Frank Gray could be set to wield the axe following another heavy home defeat for his misfiring team.
Gray admitted he would look at bringing in reinforcements after Bash suffered a 5-0 hammering against Barwell on Saturday.
Luke Barlone hit a quickfire double for the visitors before Richard Lavery, Matthew West and Jamie Towers completed a first-half five-goal salvo.
Speaking after the Southern Premier clash, Gray told the Daily Echo: “We will have to look at the positions that might need changing and who is available and whether we can get those players in.
“We have given the players a chance so far and, maybe, that is enough.
“If we want to get to where we want to be, then we need to strengthen.”
Gray added: “The second-half performance was okay but the game had gone by that time. We just didn’t turn up.”
Bash: Prodomo, Smith, Finlay, Strickland, Middleton, Richardson, Casey, Hill (Gamble, 48), Stokoe, Oliver, Knight (Lompato-Pires, 54). Unused subs: Farren, Gazzard, Kearn.
- Hamworthy United endured an FA Vase nightmare – losing two goalkeepers on their way to a 5-1 thumping at the hands of Fawley.
Already 3-0 down in the second qualifying round tie, Hammers were forced to replace stopper Andy Knights when he was taken to hospital with suspected concussion after colliding with the woodwork.
Ex-Cherries trainee keeper Shane Murphy took Knights’s place but fared little better as he was sent off in the second half.
With no recognised stoppers remaining, Hammers striker Stuart Cannie went between the sticks. But he could do little to prevent two further goals from Fawley as the visitors ran out comfortable winners at the County Ground .
On a day to forget for Hammers, Sam Pekun netted their only goal.
Hammers: Knights (Murphy, 35), Murray, Cannie, Horlock, Walker, Robinson, Penny, Halloran, Basing, Pekun, Clements (Bradley, 64).
- Christchurch booked a Hampshire Senior Cup trip to Eastleigh with a routine 4-0 away win over Stockbridge in the first round.

Priory: Collins (Hicks, 60), Thompson, Taylor (Roberts, 30), Crutchley, Legg, Burden, Smith, Burt, Osborne, Griffin, Cornick. Unused subs: Cook, Lloyd, Yelland.
- Martin Warren netted a consolation goal for Bournemouth Poppies as they lost 4-1 at Moneyfields in the Wessex Premier.
Poppies: Vaughan, Molyneaux, Jackson, Llewelyn, Wilson, Swann, Purdy, Phillipson-Masters, Warren, Saadi, Lockyer. Unused subs: Clarke, Lepage, Frampton.
