JOE Spiller is set to make his National Three South West debut for Bournemouth when they visit champions Old Redcliffians tomorrow (3pm).
Loosehead prop Spiller has been named in the Lions starting line-up as they bid to end a four-match winless run in Bristol.
Winger Wyn Roberts, who has been ever present this season, will extend to 62 his career starts having last month overtaken James Flynn's previous record of 58 against Camborne.
Lions’ promotion hopes have gone up in smoke during the past four weeks following defeats by Launceston and Newton Abbot coupled with draws against Camborne and Bromsgrove.
Meanwhile, since losing 29-23 at Chapel Gate in December, Old Redcliffians have won 10 of their past 11 games to ensure they will finish top of the table.
Eighth-placed Bournemouth, meanwhile, are level on 66 points with Newton Abbot and Brixham and just one behind Bracknell who are fifth.
Lions: (from) Spiller, Manning, Firetto, Treloar, Kenneally, Hennings, Bennett, Rees, Hancox, Boyd, Roberts, Chislett, Gleadowe, Everett-Bolter, Stewart, McDonald, Napier, Snell.
