THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

TYLER COLIN CECIL BLAKE, 26 and of Luther Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on April 13, 2023. The order was varied to contain new rehabilitation activity requirements.

ASHLEY BROWN, 41 and of Dinham Road in New Milton, admitted possession of a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place after being in possession of a bradawl tool in New Milton on August 26, 2023. He admitted two counts of possession of a class A drug after being in possession of heroin and crack cocaine in Bournemouth on May 3. He admitted theft from the person of another after stealing a mobile phone to the value of £110 from a man at Ferndown Library on October 13, 2022. He was handed a five-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months. He was also fined £170 and ordered to pay compensation of £130.

CHARLIE PEGRAM, 27 and of Kinson Park Road in Bournemouth, admitted affray after using or threatening towards a person at Boom Battle Bar in Bournemouth on November 11, 2023. The offence was racially aggravated, court documents show. He was handed a community order lasting until May 8, 2025, with a requirement to complete 150 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114, ordered to pay compensation, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

STEVEN MILLARD, 47 and of Woolsbridge Road in St Leonard’s, admitted drug driving on the A31 at Ashley Heath on September 19, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

CAROLINE CAIRNS, 38 and of Sunningdale Crescent in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing a cosmetics gift box set valued at £60 from Next in Castlepoint in Bournemouth on December 13, 2023. She was fined £40, ordered to pay compensation of £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £16. 

COREY GUDGEON, 44 and of Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing alcohol valued at £10.50 from One Stop in Ripon Road in Bournemouth on January 27. He was fined £30 and ordered to pay compensation of £6.

SAPPHIRE DRAKE, 30 and of Calvin Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing goods to the value of £190 from Space NK in Bournemouth on December 30, 2023. She was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £190 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

JOHN DODD, 39 of Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, admitted two counts of possessing a controlled drug of Class A after being found with crystal meth and ecstasy in Hamilton Road, Bournemouth, on March 14. He was fined £240, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £96, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
