Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925. Notice is hereby given that all persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of Hillsdon Nursing Home 37 Springfield Road Parkstone Poole Dorset, who died on 22/06/2015, are hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 13/11/2015, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims so notified.
