THE POOLE (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (VARIOUS ROADS AND PARKING PLACES) (REGULATION OFTRAFFIC MOVEMENT
AND SPEED LIMITS)
(AMENDMENT NOS. 201-206, 208-210) ORDER 2015

The Council of The Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under Section 1(1), 1(3), 1(3A), 2(1), 2(2C), 2(4), 3(1), 4(1), 4(2), 4(3), 5, 32, 35, 35A, 36, 47, 49, 53, 63A, 65, 66, 81, 82, 84(1), (2), 85(1), (2), (4) (5), 87, 89, 92, 126 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984 and 65(1), 66(4) and 90(A) of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 proposes to make an Order the effect of which is as follows:

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME MEANS DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Cynthia Road Rosemary Road
Rossmore Road
Impose a 20mph speed limit in:
-Cynthia Road
-Rosemary Road
Rossmore Road between Southill Road/Stanfield Road and Ringwood Road.

Wedgwood Drive
Provide a residential disabled parking bay near to No. 11 Wedgwood Drive.

Darby's Lane North
Impose No Waiting at Any Time on both sides of the road from its junction with Harwell Road to Longfleet Lodge.

Adastral Road
Installation ofspeed cushions approximately 50m north and 30m south of the junction with Sherborn Crescent.

The existingloadingbayto be changed to No Waiting at AnyTime outside No.628 AshleyRoad.

Extension of the lines on both sides of the road in front of Nos 39 to4IA.

- Otter Road for its entire length
- Rose Crescent for its entire length
- Dale Close for its entire length Impose No Waiting and

No Loading at anytime restrictions in:
DaleValley Road at the junctions with Dale Close and Rose Crescentand on the approaches to the kerb extensions, and at the junctionsofScarfRoad with GoslingCloseandAaron Close

Harbourside Fark
Frovide a shared cycle/footpath between Newfoundland Drive and the sluice gates.

OldWareham Road
Provide a shared cycle/footway between Dorset Way and Yarrow Road.
Yarrow Road
Provide a shared cycle/footway between Old Wareham Road and Cuckoo Road. Frovide a shared cycle/footway on the eastern side of the road between LingRoad and Mannings Heath Road. Frovide shared cycle/footways around the LingRoad Roundabout.
Provide mandatory Cycle Lanes on both sides between Cuckoo Road and Ling Road. Frovide a mandatory northbound Cycle Lane on both sides between Ling Road and Mannings Heath Road. Impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on both sides between the Leisure Fark Entrance and Mannings Heath Road.
Impose No Waiting at AnyTime restrictions on the eastern side between the Leisure Fark Entrance and LingRoad.
