Nottice of Application grant of a Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited has applied to Poole Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as On the Rocks (prev Yates's), 89 High Street, Poole, BHI5 I AH. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:- I. The provision of films and recorded music Mondays to Wednesday 07:00 to 23:00 hours,Thursdays 07:00 to 01:30 hours, Fridays and Saturdays 07:00 to 03:00 hours and Sundays 07:00 to 23:00 hours. 2. The provision of live music Mondays to Wednesday 09:00 to 23:00 hours,Thursdays 09:00 to 01:30 hours, Fridays and Saturdays 09:00 to 03:00 hours and Sundays 09:00 to 23:00 hours. 3. The provision of late night refreshment Thursdays 23:00 to 01:30 hours and Fridays and Saturdays 23:00 to 03:30 hours. 4. The sale of alcohol Sundays to Wednesdays 09:00 to 23:00 hours, Thursdays 09:00 to 01:00 hours and Fridays and Saturdays 09:00 to 03:00 hours. 5. The opening hours of the premises to be Sundays to Wednesdays 07:00 to 23:30 hours, Thursdays 07:00 to 01:30 hours and Fridays and Saturdays 07:00 to 03:30 hours. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, Poole Borough Council, Environmental & Consumer Pr, Unit I, New Fields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, BHI7 0NF no later than 16 October 2015 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Poole Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, dur­ing normal business hours or on the council's website - www.poole.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connec­tion with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
