Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of 44 Homewaye House 10 Pine Tree Glen Westboume Bournemouth Dorset BH4 9ES, who died on 11/04/2015 is hereby requested to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the Executors at the undersigned Solicitors on or before 04/12/2015, after which date the Estate of the deceased will be distributed among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interest of which Notices have been given to the Executors.
