LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS]
ACT 1982 (AS AMENDED) SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE
Notice is given that Hampshire Restaurants Ltd has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council on the 23rd September 2015 for Transfer of the licence to use premises as a sexual entertainment venue. The premises at 136-140 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 1NL.
OBJECTIONS: Any person who wishes to object to this application must give notice in writing of his/her objection to the Director of Environmental Health and Consumer Services, Town Hall, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL, within 28 days of the date of application which is given above. The objector must state the general grounds of the objection. The Council will not reveal the names of the objectors without their consent THIS APPLICATION IS TO CHANGE THE OPERATING COMPANY ONLY.
