NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A
PREMISES LICENCE

We, Coast Hotels & Leisure Ltd. apply for the variation of the Premises Licence for the premises known as Best Western Royale Hotel, 16 Gervis Road Bournemouth BH1 3EQ. We, hereby give notice that we have applied to Bournemouth Borough Counci Licensing Authority on 23rd day of September 2015 for a variation of the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following variation of licensable activities will be provided during the following times and starting from the 22nd day of October 2015. To extend the daily terminal hour for the retail sale of alcohol from 0030 hours to 0100 hours to fall in line with all other existing licensable activities. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephen's Road Bournemouth BH2 6LL. Representations must be received no laterthan 21stOctober 2015. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
