BOROUGH AND THE COUNTY OF THE TOWN OF POOLE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14 (1), 15 & 16
SHORT DURATION ROAD AND FOOTPATH
CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF PARKING SECTION OF BANKS ROAD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
The Borough and County of the Town of Poole hereby gives Notice that subject to weather conditions on Wednesday 21 October 2015 between 9.30am and 3pm there will be a short 20 minute road closure and no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along that part of Banks Road affected by the works. The section of road to be closed is outside No. 17-21 Banks Road.
If the work is unable to proceed due to adverse weather conditions, alternative dates for the works including the road closure are:
Wednesday 28 October 2015 Wednesday 4 November 2015
The temporaryclosure and suspension ofparkingis necessary
for health and safety while a large crane is dismantled and
removed from site and the Council is satisfied that vehicles and
pedestrians on the said road and footpath shall be prohibited.
