Sex Establishment License

Notice is given that Timothy Martin Hemming of Simply Pleasure Ltd, has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council on 28^th September 2015 for the renewal of a License to use premises as a Sex Shop, The premises at 333 - 335 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, Dorset. BH8 8BT

Any person who wishes to object to this application must give notice in writing of his/ her objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL, within 28 days of the date of the application which is given above. The objector must state the general grounds of the objections. The Council will not reveal the name of the objectors without their consent.
