BOROUGH AND THE COUNTY OF THE TOWN OF POOLE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14 (1), 15 & 16
SHORT DURATION ROAD CLOSURE SOUTHILL ROAD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
The Borough and County of the Town of Poole hereby gives Notice that from 9am on Tuesday 20 October 2015 no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along a section of Southill Road (outside No. 15). Vehicular access for residents only will be maintained where practicable. A diversion will be signed.
The temporary closure is necessary for health and safety while essential repairs to the speed hump are undertaken and the Council is satisfied that vehicles on the said road shall be prohibited.
