Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Topland Hotels (No14) Ltd has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Bournemouth Carlton Hotel, (Day Spa Leisure), East Overcliff Drive, Bournemouth, BH1 3DN.
The following licensable activities sought are :- The sale by retail of alcohol on and off the premises on Mon - Sun between the hours of 10.00am and 01.00am. Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, on Mon - Sun between the hours of 10.00am and 01.00am, late night refreshment on Mon - Sun between the hours of 23.00 and 01.30am, the premises to be open to the general public 24/7 and the removal of embedded conditions currently stated on the existing premises Licence. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL or licensing@bournemouth.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 10th November The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00am and 16:00pm Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowinglyor recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
