Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Travelodge Limited has applied to the Borough of Poole for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Travelodge Poole Central, Lifeboat Quay, Poole, BHI5 IAE.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23.00 to 05.00 the following day. The sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 00.00 to 24.00 (24 hours). (Between the hours of 23:00 and 10:00 hours the sale of alcohol will be restricted to hotel residents and bona fide guests of hotel residents). The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 00.00 to 24.00 (24 hours). Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, Borough of Poole Council, Unit I, New Fields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, Dorset, BH17 ON F no later than 18 November 2015 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Borough of Poole Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council's website -www.poole.gov.uk or in person at the council offices at the above address during normal business hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summa­ry conviction for die offence is £5,000.
