MARINE AND COASTAL
ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR PLOUGH EQUIPMENT TRIALS
Notice is hereby given that ALDA Marine SAS have applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake plough equipment trials in the Lyme Bay area. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Weymouth & Portland Borough Council, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register. Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to tim.fay@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of the 26th October 2015, quoting reference MLA/2015/00328. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
