Prior to the submission of a Planning Application for Proposed Development of 41- 45 Poole Hill, Bournemouth, BH2 5PW
We are hoping to re-develop the above property that has been vacant for over 15 years into a brewery with visitors centre and public tap rooms. This requires change of use from A3 to mixed use B1 and A4. We would like to invite all local residents, business owners and business users to view our plans so we can obtain your feedback. Please join us at the above premises on Wednesday 18th November 4pm to 8pm
