Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or interest in the estate of Gwendoline May Topham late of Avon Lee Lodge, Preston Lane, Burton, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 7JU who died on the 30 July 2015 are required to send particulars there of in writing to the under-signed on or before 25 January 2016 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute assets having only regard to valid claims then notified
