LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for the variation of a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Malika Tursunpolatova and SvetJana Morozova have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the variation of the premises licence for the premises known as: Smokin' Grill, 186 Old Christchurch Road Bournemouth BH1 1NU. The application is to vary the terminal hour for late night refreshment to 05:00 hours each day and to amBnd conditions relating to door supervisors and deliveries. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 14th December 2015. The full application may be Inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or www.boumemouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
