Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence Notice is given that Mrs Olga Kabeleva has applied to Bournemouth borough Council for a premisis license under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to:
FRASCATI, 181 CHARMINSTER ROAD, BOURNEMOUTH, BH8 9QQ The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 13th day of August 2015. Activities: To be permited to supply alcohol with food on and off premisies between the hours of 12.00 to 23.00 7 days of the week
ANYONE WHO WISHES TO MAKE REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THIS APPLICATION MUST GIVE NOTICE IN WRITING TO: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St. Stephen's Road, Bournemoutrh, BH2 6LL or licnesing@bournemouth.gov.uk. Representations must be recieved no later than 9th September 2015.
THE APPLICATION RECORD MAY BE VIEWED BETWEEN 9.00 AM AND 16.00 PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS. Under section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
