A video production company in Christchurch is looking for 35 local businesses to receive a free professional video to help them bounce back from the Covid-19 pandemic.
Thanks to BCP Council’s Business Support Package, Branded Studios in Saxon Square are able to offer 35 local businesses their professional video creation services.
The packages, worth over £800 each, will help support businesses by raising their profile and promoting their services, enabling them to bounce back stronger.
Owner of Branded Studios Charlotte Fantelli said: “We’re delighted that BCP Council have chosen us to help deliver the council’s plans to drive growth across the region and help local businesses bounce back.”
“This has been a devastating time for many businesses, lockdowns have piled on the pressure and that’s why initiatives such as this from BCP Council are so important.
“With the Business Support Grant we have received, we are able to offer our services to local businesses who ordinarily would not be able to promote their business in this way.”
The production company are inviting business owners, customers, friends and family to nominate local businesses who would benefit from a promotional video, shot by an expert team who have previously worked with some of the biggest names in film and TV industry.
Branded will be filming for two days in Christchurch and Southbourne, two days in Bournemouth and two days in Poole, with a further day at Branded Studios in Saxon Square, Christchurch, for business without a fixed location.
They will then use their in-house post-production suites and expert editors to create short videos of around two minutes duration for businesses to use for adverts, social clips and on corporate websites.
The videos will include shots of the business at a chosen local location where applicable, an interview with the owner or nominated member of staff, an animated logo reveal and call to action with a graphic end plate and accreditation plate.
Deputy Leader and Portfolio Holder for Economy at BCP Council Councillor Philip Broadhead
said: “Following a competitive application process, we are pleased to award this grant to Branded Studios.
“This project is just one of many innovative initiatives that our latest package of discretionary business support will now bring to life.
“It will contribute towards Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole’s reputation as a place where businesses can continue to flourish and grow.’’
Branded Studios will be working with local business hubs, BIDs and communities to find businesses who will benefit from our services but are also welcoming nominations from people who would like to nominate their own, or another deserving local business.
The closing date for nominations is on June 27.
