JAZZ singer Zoe Schwarz beings her Blue Commotion to No.4 in Poole tonight.
The six piece line-up boasts pedigree musicians who have come together in the last six years into a cohesive contemporary and highly original blues flavoured gigging and recording band.
The band's individual credits include Nina Simone, Paul McCartney, Ben Waters, Jim Mullen, Bill Bruford, Van Morrison, Paddy Milner and many more. The band has featured at numerous festivals throughout the UK and flagship venues such as Ronnie Scott's, The Hideaway in Streatham and the famous Eel Pie club in Twickenham.
Their latest album Good Times perfectly showcases the flair and drive of their live performances and typically the material is centred around the high quality and prolific song writing of Rob Koral and Zoe Schwarz. The positive response to the Good Times album and offshoot single The Beatitudes has resulted in the band appear in music nominations for the first time, including an approach from the prestigious American Blues Foundation.
