YOUR heart may skip a beat if you’re a fan of Olly Murs. Following his hugely successful run of shows at the BIC in February, the popular singer is returning to the venue with a show on March 8 next year.
Tickets go on sale this Friday and will cost £32.50. His tour this year sold over 150,000 tickets and included two nights at London’s O2 Arena.
He may have been the runner-up in the X Factor 2009 but Olly Murs has since proved himself to be the real winner. Essex boy Olly went straight to number one in 2010 with his debut single Please Don’t Let Me Go, and hits Thinking of Me and Heart on My Sleeve followed with the former being nominated for Best British Single at the Brit awards. His last single Heart Skips A Beat featuring Rizzle Kicks became the soundtrack to last summer.
Olly, whose current album In Case You Didn’t Know has been certified platinum is about to embark on a series of American dates with One Direction.
His music will get its first release in the US later this year.
Olly is currently working on his third album, which is due for release later this year.
He will also star in the ITV2 documentary series Life On Murs beginning on April 19, which follows him on his sold our 2012 tour.
