THEY’VE turned their back on contestants, but now BBC talent show The Voice will be turning their attention to Bournemouth in September.
Announced today, a live UK tour will begin at the BIC on September 12.
The show has been a huge ratings winner for the BBC and features musicians Sir Tom Jones, Jessie J, Will.I.Am and Danny O’ Donoghue as the coaches.
Some of the most popular contestants will take part in the tour, including the show’s eventual winner and seven runners up.
A spokesman from The Voice said: “You’ve watched them in the blind auditions, seen them sing their hearts out in the battles, supported them, tweeted them, now it’s your chance to see for yourself the singer who is eventually crowned champion of the show and the seven fellow finalists – a group of the most talented singers in the UK, live on stage.”
Tickets to the tour cost £35 and will be available for sale from Friday.
