DIG out your best baggy trousers as the original nutty boys are coming to Bournemouth this December.
Madness have announced a date at the BIC on Monday, December 3 as part of the Charge Of The Mad Brigade tour.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow morning from 9.30am through the BIC Ticket Office, BH Live Tickets on 0844 576 3000 and bhlivetickets.co.uk.
Being one of the most successful bands of all time, Madness have an embarrassment of riches such as ’80s chart toppers Baggy Trousers, It Must Be Love, House of Fun, Driving In My Car and Our House.
Madness rose to prominence in the late-70s ska revival, a scene that turned bands like themselves and The Specials into household names.
Like many bands that have massive success, Madness struggled to cope with the touring and the pressure towards the end of their run of hits in the ’80s.
In 2009 the band recorded their first original album in nine years – The Liberty of Norton Folgate – and that rekindled their spirit.
The tour will see the band showcase new tracks from as yet unnamed forthcoming album and of course all the classic hits.
