COUNT Rockula descended on Bournemouth on Saturday night and brought the bad weather with him.
It was cold, wet and miserable outside the Pavilion, but inside things could not have been more different.
The Count (Steve Steinman) had set up his nightclub and was looking for a bride to share the night, and perhaps eternity, with.
An unsuspecting young girl looking for a job falls into his grasp and so begins an evening of pure entertainment.
With a show that delivers some of the best-known rock songs of the past 20 years played by an outstanding group of musicians the whole crew didn’t put a foot wrong all night.
Highway To Hell, Sweet Child O’ Mine, Since You’ve Been Gone and a host of other classics had the crowd on their feet and singing along for large parts of the evening.
The audience were dressed for the part with black being the colour of the night and a fair few sets of fangs on show to boot.
All too soon the Count married his girl and disappeared into the night, although I am sure he will be back! And if he is, make sure you catch this show.
