Many of my chiropractic patients often complain that there is too much to do or they do not have enough energy to do it.

Stiffness may indicate the body is under stress to perform altering the body’s natural balance, which in turn may cause illness.
To become flexible there are three key elements: stretching, strength and cardio vascular work out.
Stretching tight muscles is necessary because these often contract due to reduced neural input from bad posture or poor joint function.
Strength training rehab exercises and postures improve weak muscle tone, with the aim of maintaining a neutral and balanced spine.
CV exercise provides essential nutrients for healing and repair along with oxygen to be pumped around the body.
Eating good foods with vital nutrients allows you an abundance of energy to do all that work you previously thought was too much.
