Vocal group celebrate 25 years
THEY say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
The Magic Platters are now celebrating 25 years of reproducing some of the fabulous, familiar hits associated with the original iconic group The Platters. Since their formation in 1984 The Magic Platters have proven that they are not The Great Pretender but One in a Million as they produce a truly authentic sound that has enchanted audiences worldwide.
You can see the band at the Pier Theatre on Saturday night performing the songs of the Platters, sprinkled with other hits of the times.
