CELEBRATING its third year anniversary this week, Patrick’s continues to sprinkle a touch of class and sophistication to Lower Parkstone.
It’s amazing how the Ashley Cross area has changed and nothing exemplifies this more than this wonderful restaurant, which serves a delicious takeaway menu as well as its lunch and dinner dishes. The takeaway menu oozes style and offers sandwiches and toasted paninis, not to mention the obligatory jacket potato. The dishes are brought together from fresh, local ingredients such as Somerset brie and the jacket fillings boast exciting combinations such as tiger prawns, sweet chilli and chicken satay and mango chutney.
On my flying visit, I was in need of a cup of coffee and a piece of cake to wake me up and charge my batteries for the rest of the day. The welcome was warm, the service fast and efficient and the all-important merchandise cost £2 for a cappuccino and £2 for a slice of cake. A very pleasant and refreshing experience.
