STUDENTS at The Arts University College in Bournemouth are at the Lighthouse in Poole next week to recreate an epic tale on stage. Road follows the tangled everyday lives of modern day folk in Boscombe.
Updated and reimagined with an exciting young company, this production injects an adrenaline-fuelled punch into Jim Cartwright’s magical, funny and bittersweet masterpiece.
Directed by Gareth Cork, this play is performed by final year students from the BA (Hons) acting course, designed by staff and students from the BA (Hons) costume with performance design and assisted by students from make-up for media and performance.
The show runs until Saturday with performances at 7.30pm and a 2.30pm Saturday matinee.
Please note that due to the play’s adult content and language it has an age advisory of 16 and above.
