COOKE Patricia "Pat" Pat passed away peacefully on the 5th May aged 90 years. Beloved Nana to Lauren. Dearly loved by all who knew her. Reunited with her beloved husband Ray and daughter Tracey. Funeral service to be held at Bournemouth Crematorium at 11.30 on Thursday 30th May. Family flowers only at the request of Pat. Donations to cancer research UK.
