SPILLER John C Beloved head of the Spiller family. Husband to Rose, Dad to Jason, Matthew, Luke and Daniel. Poppy to Joseph, Tui, Stefan, Jet and Oscar. Father-in-law to Vance, Sarah and Jinky. Well known and loved by many throughout the UK and around the world. Private funeral, the family wish any donations to be made to the wonderful people at Macmillan.

Rest easy Brother, you will be sorely missed by all who knew you. A true friend who always had a smile and friendly greeting, considerate and as they say a "real gentleman". Our thoughts go out to Rose and all the family that John was justly proud of. The world is a poorer place without you. Farewell dear Brother.

I had the privilege of working closely with John at Bournemouth Council. He was always willing and keen to share his vast knowledge and experience of buildings and his wonderful life!
