Reverend Canon TURPIN John Richard The Reverend Canon John Richard Turpin died at home on 29th June 2024, aged 83. Having grown up in Bournemouth, he returned there in retirement after serving his whole career as a Parish Priest in the Winchester Diocese, including at Thornhill (Southampton) and Ringwood. He will be much missed by his many friends; especially his two sisters, five nephews and a large extended family. His funeral will take place at Christchurch Priory on Thursday 25th July at 10.30am, followed by a family-only burial at Bournemouth Cemetery. Family flowers only, please.
