DORSET’S Police and Crime Commissioner Martyn Underhill is one of only two chosen to showcase his vision for the county at a Victim Support meeting in London.
Martyn Underhill and Wiltshire PCC Angus Macpherson have been invited to speak at a board of trustees meeting in Canary Wharf on Thursday.
Mr Underhill said: “I am delighted to have this opportunity to meet with the charity’s board of trustees to discuss how we can work together to ensure that victims of crime in Dorset have the best possible care.
“The needs of victims are central to my Police and Crime Plan which will be put before the Police and Crime Panel for review in early February.”
Mr Underhill has also pledged to hold Victim Forums to aid recoveries.
