CHERRIES player Steve Cook and three former teammates are set to be retried in April for alleged sexual assault and voyeurism.
Yesterday an Old Bailey jury was discharged after failing to reach verdicts following 25 hours and 23 minutes of deliberation.
Cook was on trial alongside former Brighton and Hove Albion teammates Anton Rodgers, 20, Lewis Dunk, 21, and George Barker, 21.
They all denied sexual assault and voyeurism.
The jury of five men and seven women were only able to agree one verdict, finding Lewis Dunk not guilty of voyeurism.
The players were alleged to have assaulted a 19-year-old woman in a Brighton hotel room in July 2011.
Central defender Steve Cook joined AFC Bournemouth on loan from Brighton in October 2011. He joined permanently in the January 2012 transfer window.
