DRIVERS are experiencing delays on the A31 heading towards Ringwood after three cars collided.
Police were first sent to the road to help a bin lorry that had broken down.
A spokesman for Hampshire Police said that, while vehicles were being diverted around the stricken lorry, three cars crashed into each other.
Emergency services were sent to the westbound carriageway, shortly after the end of the M27, at around 11am.
A spokesman for Hampshire Police said that there were no serious injuries.
The air amubulance was called but did not land when it transpired that injuries were minor.
Drivers are reporting delays of around 25 minutes between the M27 and Stoney Cross.
