POLICE are hunting two youths who are believed to have broken into a pensioner’s home in North Poulner Road, Ringwood, on Wednesday, February 13.
The intruders struck at around 2.15pm, fleeing with white gold and platinum earrings, set with diamonds, a black IPod, red digital camera and a carton of 200 cigarettes as well as £45 cash.
Witnesses saw two youths near the scene of the burglary, making their escape along the shore of a nearby lake. Both are white, in their late 20s, slim and between 5ft 8in and 5ft 10in tall.
One has short dark hair and was wearing a baggy blue and cream bomber jacket. He was carrying a dark coloured satchel with the strap over his left shoulder.
His accomplice wore a black hoodie and had mousy brown hair.
