BOURNEMOUTH is set to lose one of its music venues.

Westcliff’s On The Rocks will closing down after two years as its short term lease has come to an end and will say farewell with a one-day festival entitled Soundclash, which will take place on Saturday, May 25.

During its existence the venue has been the setting for numerous gigs and launches for local bands.

The farewell gig will held across three stages; an indoor stage, an outdoor stage and the Ballroom Stage.

Music will take place from noon until late and acts already confirmed to play the event include Electric Panda, Kissed By Kate, Dub Heart, C-30s, The Jack Ratts, Sansara, Crash Course and many more.

100 early bird tickets are available at £16 or entry is £20 on the door.

Wristbands will allow access to all stages and bars.
