TAKE THAT star Mark Owen will brave the stage by himself for Wave 105 Live on Saturday, May 25 at the BIC.
As both a solo artist and member of one of the UK’s biggest boy bands, Mark has sold more than 45.5 million records and had 29 Top 40 hits, including 11 number ones. Now the singer songwriter will leave his band mates behind to perform Take That classics and songs from his new solo album, The Art of Doing Nothing, which was recorded in the studio at the end of his garden, ‘The Rabbit Hutch’.
The singer joins an all-star line-up of acts for Wave 105 Live! including Paloma Faith, Travis, Stooshe, Union J, Loveable Rogues and Tony Hadley.
The new addition to the line-up brings the total hits from this year’s Wave 105 Live acts to a staggering 59 Top 40 hits with a combined total of 62.6 million record sales.
Wave 105 Live! is a live music event produced and hosted by regional radio station and is back for the third year.
