Admitted making a statement or representation to the Department for Work & Pensions which she knew to be false, namely that she had capital in excess of the prescribed limit. Also admitted failing to promptly notify East Dorset District Council in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to housing benefit and council tax benefit. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by East Dorset magistrates in November 2012. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence.
